PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: May 24, 2026

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, password, profile details, approximate location, training preferences, training logs, messages you send through the platform, and any waitlist or launch-interest forms you submit. We also collect service-level diagnostics, abuse-prevention signals, and aggregated product-interaction data needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the service, help you discover compatible training partners and gyms, support account security, process optional premium subscriptions, respond to support requests, send launch or merch updates you explicitly requested, detect abuse, and improve product reliability and onboarding.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Training Partner currently uses privacy-preserving aggregate analytics, first-party product events, and performance diagnostics to understand page performance, onboarding/drop-off, feature usage, crashes, and service health. The current product-event lane is restricted to allowlisted activation signals, session-safe identifiers, coarse timestamps, no raw recipient/user/booking IDs in event metadata, and no precise location payloads. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral profiling in the current product posture.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who help operate the product, other users as required by core social features and your settings, payment and subscription processors when you choose premium features, and authorities when required by law or to protect users and the platform.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. You can request account deletion from Settings. Current product behavior is designed to remove your profile and messages within 30 days, while certain safety, fraud, transaction, and legal records may be retained longer when required. Training logs may be retained only in anonymized or aggregated form after deletion.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete personal information through the app or by contacting privacy@trainingpartner.app. Marketing or launch-update emails include an unsubscribe path, and you can also ask us to remove your waitlist information. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses of personal information.

Age Eligibility

Training Partner currently accepts account creation only from adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not permit minors to create accounts in the current product posture. If we learn that personal information was submitted by someone under 18, we may remove the account and delete the information, subject to legal retention requirements.

Third-Party Links

The service may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or analytics stack changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, when appropriate, by additional in-product notice.
