Is my training data private?
Technique logs, training sessions, and partner messages are private by default. Training Partner uses privacy-preserving aggregate analytics for product health, does not sell personal training data to advertisers, and lets you request export or deletion from Settings or support.
How long until I see results?
Use the first week to judge whether the plan is relevant to your training. Technique trends become more useful after you log enough sessions consistently. Training Partner does not guarantee performance, rank, health, injury, or competition outcomes.
